Req. Mgr. have DPD review Historic District restrictions when in conflict with energy efficiency retrofits.
Req. Mgr. have DPD/Law Dept provide analysis of greater restrictions on construction within the flood plain, and possible facilitation of an interim transfer of development rights process.
